These are the RCHS ESL Program core values:

1. Community: The ESL Program has the responsibility to contribute to better our Royse City community.

2. Consistency: The ESL Program has the responsibility to be consistent in offering the best English academic education as possible.

3. Empowerment: The ESL Program has the responsibility of empowering students to take initiative and give their best.

4. Innovation: The ESL Program has the responsibility to came out with creative ideas to better students’ success in academics in order to change the world.

5. Fun: The ESL Program has the responsibility to have fun celebrating small successes in order to achieve a lifelong learning practice.
